Shipping and Deliveries

PetalPulse currently processes and ships all orders using USPS or UPS. We aim to ship out all packages within 1-3 business days following your purchase, with many orders being dispatched the next business day, Monday through Friday. Some items we carry may require additional processing time due to factors such as size, weight, or special handling considerations.

Shipping Rates and Options

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 for all orders within the USA. Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. During checkout, you also have the option to select USPS Priority Mail for $25, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days depending on your destination.

Please note that while we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping; however, please be aware that PetalPulse is not responsible for any customs regulations or duties that may apply to international orders. It is your responsibility to verify fees and regulations with your local customs office before placing an order. Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited delivery for your order, please contact us at [email protected]. We can usually arrange expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx for an additional fee. Options may include 2-day or overnight shipping.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Washington State will be subject to sales tax. Sales tax for out-of-state orders may vary depending on individual state laws and regulations.

Backorders or Unavailable Items

In the event that an item sells out due to high demand, we will notify you regarding the back-order status and ship your order as soon as the item is back in stock. We strive to email all customers with back-ordered items and provide an estimated ship date. If an item becomes permanently unavailable after you’ve placed your order, you will be notified, and given the option of a full refund or store credit.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order up until 11:00 PM PST on the date of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. If you cancel an order after your credit card has been charged but before the item has shipped, you will receive a full refund including shipping and tax, if applicable. If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, please refer to our return policy upon receipt of the item.
