Refund policy

Here at petalpulse Plants, we do everything in our power to get your plant(s) to you safely. It is rare, but sometimes things do go wrong between leaving our hands and arriving in yours.

If this has happened to you we do apologise! Please take photos of how your order has arrived and email them through to our amazing team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. We guarantee that when something does go wrong you will receive a refund or replacement for the plant(s) in question.

We are unable to accept returns or refund based purely on a change of mind so please do get in touch if you are unsure about your purchase prior to it being sent and we can help answer any doubts or select the right plant(s) for your space.

We love to help out our petalpulse community so please get in touch if your plant does start to struggle. We have plenty of advice, tips, blogs and resources that we can send your way!
